Software and customer support are horrible. I’m writing this on my phone so I’m not going to go into a lot of detail. I bought this system about 90 days ago and it’s always been glitchy, mostly when using with Bluetooth but the last few weeks (which seem to coincide with a software update) have been really bad. It keeps losing its settings, takes 3-4 minutes to shutdown and the same to startup. The biggest aggravation is that the audio gets badly out of sync with the tv and the only way to fix it is to spent the 6-10 minutes turning it…

Outstanding sound and clarity Absolutely outstanding clarity and sound from a rather small and aesthetic pleasing unit.

voices crackle as if treble is super high and tinny Absolutely mediocre sound. Mid range is muddy as hell, voices crackle as if treble is super high and tinny, but there is no adjustment. Every show I watch I have to switch the sound type “Clear+, Movie, Movie2”, because it is so inconsistent as to what sounds better. Distortion distortion distortion and weak bass. Worst sounding soundbar I have ever owned and I regret it.** Yes I had it connected to internet and made sure running the latest software.
